Lauren has a degree in Clinical Exercise Science and an extensive background working with rehabilitation of injuries and easing chronic pain and tension. Her style is relaxed, yet precise and strategically catered for each individual she works with. Through assessment of your habitual movement patterns and musculoskeletal structure she will create a yoga practice that builds flexibility, strength and balance in your body.
Lauren has experience teaching all ages; from children to seniors and everywhere in between. She has a comprehensible yoga technique for every body. She believes there are no limitations for developing an individual yoga practice.
